My new collection of images entitled ‘Southern Comforts’ are almost ready. During the last few months I have explored some of the more hidden parts of Dorset’s beautiful Coastline. The series of black and white photographs will be previewed exclusively on my website, before being exhibited locally. Be sure to check back soon.

As the unpredictable weather continues, the large canvas print of ‘Defenceless’ dominating the wall in the Courtyard Gallery looks even more inviting! The visitors are still coming out in their droves, which is very much appreciated and somewhat gratifying. Simon has done a fantastic job on the renovating his new workshop, making the visit to the show even more rewarding.
The images on show are gaining an overwhelming response and I appreciate the positive feedback, so a big thank you to everyone. Limited edition prints are still available and are personally signed by myself. Selected prints are also available in bespoke frames along with my popular 3d mounts. Online ordering will be available soon, so stay tuned.
There is still plenty of time to come and visit us, the Dorset Art Weeks website has detailed information about our venue with directions on how to find us.

After burning the midnight oil for what seems like an eternity I am finally ready for the launch of Dorset Art Weeks 2008, and my first ever-public exhibition of my work. I have worked on an exciting project inspired by the Wimborne Model Town and I wish to thank Stuart Beavan for his generosity and understanding whilst undertaking this project.
I wanted to do something special for Dorset Art Weeks 2008, something unique, different and fun, so I started to experiment
on a series of images inspired by Wimborne Model Town. Built well over 50 years ago, the magnificent 1:10 scale models continue to surprise and amaze visitors from all over the world with their superb quality and realism.
Over the course of 4 weeks, I experimented with various lighting techniques and low shot camera angles that resulted in the 1950’s town coming alive by enhancing many of its unusual features.
The outcome is a set of 5 images that have a hypnotic appearance and a sense of mystery about them, along with a subtle touch of
my sense of humour.

At last, it’s finally here, my brand new website. Over the next few weeks the website will continue to evolve, an interactive image gallery will be the main attraction along with the opportunity of purchasing my prints online. In the meantime, I will be posting updates on this site about my exhibition that will be starting this Saturday as part of Dorset Art Weeks.
